I am tired of every time I open an email to see my purchase eBay wants me to prove it is me.Who else would it be since you sent me the email with my purchase.It is frustrating .I may just close my account AGAIN.

Mentor10 months agoThat can happen if you are signed out of your eBay account or if you are signed in to a different eBay account.
It would be poor security if anyone that had access to an email for you from eBay could get directly into your account without signing in.
