Mentor2 years agoWhen was the last time you successfully signed in to the problem account? Is it this account? It looks like you have not left any feedback in over five years in this particular account.
You seem to be signed in to the community boards, if this is the problematic account. Can you go from the community to your eBay page using the link under your profile picture in the upper right?
Do you have more than one eBay account? Can you sign in to another account to test?
Otherwise, any difference if you try another browser? Or a private or incognito browser window? Or if you use the eBay app?
