So this goes all break but if you want to hear it the most it starts at about 9:40 the most and keeps going. This guy sneezing and coughing. Like I don't even want these cards now. What do I do?

This is too much indeed. And sadly, the seller doesn't accept returns.
Requesting a return for an item not as described seems difficult.
I suggest to contact eBay and ask if they want to help with a return.
