Showing delivered but item is still in transit
hi i am the seller.
i put the incorrect postage on a package it was sent back. i resent it with the correct postage but the buyer is upset because it shows that it's been delivered (to me). i have sent the buyer all the new tracking information but they want me to change the delivery status on ebay. how do you do that?
i see the two tracking numbers. i see that it's in transit. Why can't the buyer see that?
