I sold two items to same person and they asked to ship together. I did, but I forgot to add tracking number to the other one that I shipped with the first one. I created the label for both but only one got scanned. Both were delivered but I don't know what to do to get the other to show delivered so I can get paid for the second item. What can or should I do?
