Should I sell to a buyer whose account was created today?
I rarely sell things on eBay (last I sold something was a few years ago) and so many things have changed and scammers are getting smarter.
FYI: I am selling an Apple MacBook Pro 2012 for $120. (I have already had 2 previous buyers try and make an offer but I declined them because their shipping address was shady... )
Pros about this current Buyer
The buyer's first and last name look legit (not a super common name).
The US shipping address looks legit (not a PO Box or Warehouse location) .
They paid my asking price.
Cons about this current Buyer
The account was created today!
The buyer has no buyer feedback!
I want to proceed with this order but does anyone have any tips on how I can protect myself just incase this goes sideways?

What if our first seller did not want to sell to us?
When you list an item for sale on Ebay, you sell & ship to the buyer that pays for the item.

In a perfect world, all buyers would have a P.O. Box. Shipping with USPS, the package never leaves the possession of the USPS.
Shipping to a house address, that package could sit on a porch or in an unlocked mailbox at the end or a driveway.
Any transaction can go sideways. The buyer’s number of feedback is not a sign of anything.
You list, they pay, you ship. The time to wonder about your buyer is before the item is listed.
