Should I report this to eBay?
A seller listed a used copy of our copyrighted software. Buyer will have to call us to register and get an unlock code to use the software.
The listing says Seller does not accept returns, and clicking on that displays this: "No returns, but backed by eBay Money back guarantee."
On March 18, I sent a message to the seller advising that we charge a $30 transfer fee for the software: "There is a software license transfer fee for this item. Please mention in the item description and/or disclose in advance to your buyer that there will be a $30 license transfer fee before the program can be unlocked." I mentioned our company name (didn't know if that's okay to include here) which is on the software.
Seller ignored the message. It seems unfair to a potential buyer to know know this in advance. Is this something to report to eBay?
Thank you.
