Should I contact this bidder? block this bidder?

Question

I am a mildly experienced seller; I have a 10 day auction running with a present bid of $450 for the item and the highest bidder at present has no eBay record (0 transactions), he/she having joined in 2025, located in USA. There are 8 days left in the auction...shouldn't I be worried about this person scamming me? Should I contact or block the bidder?
