Should I cancel the order or should the seller?
Seller contacted me that there was a mistake on the listing and asked me to cancel the order. Should I or should they cancel it on their end.

To be strictly accurate, you can't cancel the order ... the buyer can only request the seller to cancel the order. The seller wants you to make that request so he can choose "buyer request" when he cancels it. When a seller cancels an order, he has to choose the reason from a short list. If he chooses "buyer requests cancellation" or "problem with buyer address" eBay doesn't give his account a Defect. If he chooses one of the other reasons, eBay does give his account a Defect. At least he asked you to ... many times a dishonorable seller will choose "buyer request" to avoid that Defect when the buyer hadn't requested it at all.
