Should I be partly reimbursed ?
Bought a motorcycle engine over the winter and got it installed and everything seemed fine and worked with no load fast forward 2 months finally had a nice day out to take it out and come to find out second gear is blown and the first thing I asked the seller is if the gears in the motor are good and I was told yes everything works and shift perfect now he doesn’t respond to my mssges and I’m barley past the window for returns. Even when seller promised a good trans and motor?
