Shorten the time buyers have to actually pay for PSA vault items.
The 7 day 'decision' period, given to buyers, for offers made on PSA vault items sold through e-bay is too long. If I have a PSA vault item I've put up for sale on e-bay, I believe 72 hours from the time the offer is accepted is more than sufficient time for the buyer to actually pay for the card. The time for the buyer to decide if they actually want to buy the card is before they make the offer. It is unfair to the seller to have to wait 7 days while the buyer decides if they actually want to buy the item. There could very likely be legitimate buyers, willing and ready to buy the item. I understand neither PSA or e-bay can determine if a potential buyer is legitimate or not, which is all the more reason to shorten the time the buyer has to actually pay for the item they have made an offer on.
