Anyone have any suggestions? I ordered 3 Lithium Batteries from a seller named esun_ener_47. When I got the box via FedEx, there were only 2 batteries inside the large box. I've asked the seller to fix the discrepancy but they claim there was 3 batteries in the box. Since I personally opened the box, there's no way that could be. I can't go off the weight of the box because they used a generic weight of 40 pounds.
I can't find any place on eBay where I can ask for help. It seems I'm at the mercy of this seller.

Mentor2 years agoThe easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
