short pay on shipping by buyer
i have a buyer that short paid on shipping that they chose for an item that was to go usps ground advantage...they selected 1 pound wt. the item is 14 pounds. i printed the label out before i realized the problem. the cost for shipping is $19.75, not the $6.41 they paid me. they still need to cover the difference. what do i do? please advise, TIA.

Mentor1 year agoBuyers can only select what you put in the listing. Buyers can not enter or change weight or dimensions, only you do. You can not ask buyer to pay more for your error.
You can't be forced to ship, but if you cancel your account will take a strike and you will still pay ebay fees.
