Hello, I need some help—I'm new here. Last week, I shipped an item from a purchase made on April 2nd; it was supposed to be delivered on the 6th, but as of today, the delivery still hasn't taken place. Why is this happening?

Mentor4 months agoSorry, I read that wrong. You are the seller, so was your package delivered? Delays happen. Keep an eye on the tracking.

Mentor4 months agoGo to your purchase history where you found the estimated date of delivery. Is there tracking? If so, click on that and see just where your item is.

Shipping estimates are just that -- estimates. Some shipments take longer.
