Shop To address over character limit

I’m trying to get my shipping label but I’m getting the error that the “ship to” address is over the 40 character limit. I’ve tried to work with the buyer to change it, but they haven’t changed it. Is there a way to work around this or would the best option be to cancel the order? It’s past the shipping day so I don’t want any more late fees or deductions.

@etnaga-0 You can move part of the address to the second line. Doing that will not cancel your buyer protection. If that doesn't work for you then I would cancel the sale as problem with buyers address.
