Shoes were wrong size
I brought a pair of shoes for my daughter. They advertise size 6 1/2 which she was but in fine print on the front page it did say one size larger, which I didn’t read because I wasn’t expected to so anyway I’m trying to return these shoes, but they want me to pay for the return label I never made this mistake. I think they should pay

Mentor1 year ago@jojoha_9 go to the purchased item and click on 'return this item' to open a case, then choose the reason 'item not as described'
the seller will HAVE to supply u a prepaid return shipping label

Mentor1 year ago@jojoha_9 If you selected doesn't fit then the seller doesn't have to pay return shipping as eBay considers that buyers remorse.
The seller is only required to pay return shipping if their listings say Free Returns OR if you file a return request using a Not As described reason such as doesn't match pictures or description.
You can NOT change the reason for the return now that you have started the return request. Do NOT close the return request as you can not open a new case.
