shoes that don't fit
I purchased a pair of shoes and much to my dismay they came from China. The shoes don't fit at all. It is going to cost me over $100. to send the shoes back to the seller. Is there another way to get a refund on the shoes or have the seller pay to have them shipped back? thanks

·2 years agoShoes not fitting is not covered by the MBG and buyer has to pay return shipping, unless the seller offers free returns.
Did the listing say they were being shipped from China or the US?

Mentor2 years agoOnly if the shoes were not as described in the listing. In that case you can open a case for an Item Not as Described and seller will have to refund or have to advance funds for a return.
