Shoes passed eBay authentication but multiple apps say the shoes are fake
What do we do when a shoe passes eBay authentication but fails all other apps that have passed all shoes before?

If you think they will not pass eBay's Authentication then End the listing and sell them elsewhere.

OP5 months agoNo I bought the shoes on eBay and they got here today. The shoes I purchased from eBay passed their authentication but are failing on all apps I put the shoes through

Oh, I thought you were a Seller since you have a pair of sneakers for sale with the Auth Guarantee. Are THOSE the shoes you are talking about??? If eBay authenticated them once I suspect they would do it twice.

Contacting eBay after they have authenticated the shoes isn't going to do anything.
Here is the Help page on Buying with the Authenticity Guarantee, scroll down to the titled: Returns with Authenticity Guarantee. Your options on returning the shoes will be covered there.
