Shoes Not Returned
A buyer purchased a pair of shoes. The listing size was listed correctly but had an error in the title. They contacted me and I verified the correct size prior to the buyer purchasing the shoes. The buyer understood the correct size before they purchased the item. The item was delivered and I received a message from the buyer that their assistant purchased the shoes on their account accidentally. They requested a return and I accepted the return. I never received the item back and eBay automatically refunded the buyer including fees and shipping. I still have not received the returned item. This transaction was also not domestic, the buyer is located in the Virgin Islands. I've reached out to eBay but since the shoes were returned via item not listed correctly, it automatically refunds the buyer. I'm surprised by this since I didn't receive the item back.
