Shoes failed authentication
I sold a pair of shoes that did not pass authentication. I got the message this morning. It message says that once they are returned to me I have two days to process the refund. I thought the refund as automatic to the buyer. Who am I refunding? Ebay? As you can tell I have never been through this before? I have looked on the transaction details page and there is not refund buyer option available.
