Shoes didnt pass Authenticity..need help
I got a message from ebay saying a refund was requested because some shoes i sold "doesnt seem authentic". I was trying to find out if it was the buyer who said that, or the authenticator. I have and had full expectations that the shoes were authentic, although i am nowhere near an expert. I don't mind refunding the customer if they just don't like them, but i need to know if they indeed passed the test or not.
Can anyone shed some light on how i can find out please and thank you.
