Question

I have a problem with a pair of shoe's I just bought. They were used but in the pictures on the ad. They looked like new when I received them they are beat! I wouldn't even care if it was like a 100$ but these were expensive. The seller doesn't returns, but eBay says money back guarantee. It is like they took the pictures of them and then they wore them everyday till they were sold! How do I try to get ebay to do their policy?

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee overrides the seller's "no returns" policy.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. (doesn't match description)
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
