Question

I bought 2 pairs of shoes and the seller send me shoes different color , they don’t answer. Before I bought the shoes I asked about the shipment and they told me that don’t charge me nothing. When the shoes came in USA DHL charged me 75$. I already paid and the shoes are different . This company is in Italy the name is Capriccio in Bellagio MILANO. HOW DO A REPORT THIS INCONVENINCE

The seller does not add the fee; it is done through eBay and the seller has no idea what the cost is.

I'm sorry that happened.

I'll address 2 things - the charge from DHL and the shoes are different.

A) The charge from DHL was a tariff and brokerage for importing items from another country.

There is no longer an $800 de minimis exemption on imported items. That was removed as part of this Executive Order: https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/07/suspending-duty-free-de-minimis-treatment-fo...

Even though SCOTUS ended IEEPA tariffs, the de minimis exemption isn't restored to $800 since President Trump signed a new Executive Order https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2026/02/continuing-the-suspension-of-duty-free-de-mi...

So, there are still tariffs on everything imported to USA.
Buyers pay a tariff, and the brokerage to collect the tariff. DHL, UPS and Fed Ex assess brokerage fees because they prepay the tariff at the dock and collect the tariff from the end buyer.

B) Regarding the shoes themselves
You can open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

The seller will need to send you money to purchase a label to return the shoes to them in Italy since the seller can't purchase US postage.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.

I do not believe you can recover the brokerage or tariff paid to DHL

OR

You can keep the shoes and leave appropriate feedback for the seller.
