Shoes
I sold a pair of used $33 shoes that were in excellent condition.
The buyer asked for a return 3 weeks after delivery, with photos that don’t even look like the same shoes as far as color scheme, stitching and such, but also because they were scoffed, scraped, and heavily worn, with the front cover pulled up and torn. I explained to him that they must have arrived as described, otherwise he would have notified me immediately. After some back and forth he now tells me that he took the shoes to a professional cleaning service and they handed them back worn and torn. He expects a full refund from me. What do you think and how does one talk to an actual person at eBay
