shoes
posted some shoes for sale as brand new, the buyer received them 2 days before they started complaining that the box they came in smelt (it was a polymailer or a old nike box) the shoes were a size 7 D mens. i am a women who wears a 7.5. she swear they have been worn and i sold them by false advertising. even though i posted pictures of everything she is complaining about. they don’t even have creases. they have been sitting around my house for about 4 years and when i had to move i threw them in a tub with a bunch of other shoes so yes, tiny scuffs were on them ( also pictured) immediately her main concern is how i will make this right.
