Shoe sizing issue
I purchased boots from China and they were way bigger than a standard US size ,the return shipping was almost the total cost I paid for the item so the seller offered to let me keep the boots and sell me another pair in a smaller size at a reduced price, I accepted this compromise now the seller won’t reply to sell me another pair at the reduced price they offered me. What can I do now ? How to I involve eBay ?
