Shirt
I bought a shirt around Sept 5th 2024. I believe by Oct. 1st I sent seller a message that I did not receive it. She text me back she will order a new 1 for me. Still nothing yet and it's almost 2 months. Nobody answers phone at ebay. This seller has done nothing to answer my questions or anything. What do I do now. It says on my purchase that the item could still be on its way. Thanks

Mentor1 year agoYou have 30 days after the estimated delivery date to open a not received claim.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
If it is more than 30 days past the delivery date, call your credit card issuer. Ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
