Seller says item was shipped june 2. I received no tracking number. Contacted seller 4 days later. Seller then provided tracking number. Entered tracking # at USPS.com USPS says label created but item has not been entered into system yet.

Go to the Order Details for this transaction. That will show you the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, you can open an Item Not Received refund request. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a valid tracking number showing its about to be delivered or a full refund. If they do not respond on time, on the 4th day go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
Don't let the Seller string you along.

OP1 year agoThank you so much. I will follow your instructions. Is it bad form to contact the seller and ask that the order be cancelled right away, due to USPS not even having received it as of today June 7?
I have come to the conclusion that there is something definitely wrong here, as the Seller told me not only was it shipped Jun 2, but that her local USPS told her it was tracking in Wyoming on June 6. Also, that this was the second time the same thing happened to her that week and she thought that was weird.

Based on your dealings with this Seller so far, asking her to cancel in an eBay message will not protect you or get your money back.
I would stop communicating with her. Then open that Item Not Received refund request as soon as you can. Once you open that request on eBay, your eBay Buyer Protections start. After that is open, I would only communicate with her through your request. Definitely do not agree to close the request based on a promise from her.

OP1 year agoThe shirt arrived today. The ebay tracking # was incorrect. The tracking 4 digit was 3739. Ebay had it as 3749 and so it didn't track when clicked on and instead reported 'Label Created - Not In System Yet.'
