Shipping/mailing old photos
Can someone tell me the cheapest way to mail an old photo? I am mailing them in an envelope between 2 pieces of cardboard. They only sell for around $5.00, weigh less than 3 ounces and the shipping is around $3.80-$4.00. The shipping label reads ground transportation. HELP!
