Shipping without tracking

Question

Listing clearly stated item would be mailed first class mail with a picture of shipping & delivery date, they say they didnâ€™t get item filed a case am I at fault

if it is a sports card, you should consider using the standard envelope - it is a label that provides limited tracking for the same price as a first class stamp. It also includes insurance against loss and damage.

Without tracking you will be unable to prove the item was delivered, so you will lose the "item not received" case automatically and have to refund the buyer.

Having tracking showing delivery is the only way to win such a case.
