shipping with wrong carrier
hello, i have two orders i bought from same seller and before i bought the items i asked him if he could ship them both to fed x and he said no problem .when i went to get items fed x refused both items because he used usps to ship them to fed x which fed x does not accept so they are shipping them back to him and i am no longer able to see the tracking which the seller tells i will be able to see once he gets them . how i am i able to confirm he got them back and if he tell me the are lost and i out alll the cost because he did no tknow fed x terms ? thanks greg

OP2 years agoyes i asked him to ship to fed x but he send via usps which fed x will not accept , they only will accept packages via fedx to fed x no other carrier will be accepted , so being the items are being shipped back to him i am no longer able to view tracking it just says being returned to sender and the items are together and around 750.00 so i just dont want to get burned but i feel like i should give him a little time as my del date was the 2-7,thanks greg

Mentor2 years agoIn your post you stated you wanted the seller to ship both items TO Fed Ex, which he did. Did you mean to ask the seller to use Fed Ex to ship the items to you? The seller can certainly do that once the package is received, but you will have to repay the shipping cost.
