Shipping when creating a new listing

I am a seller on Ebay and I have always used the option calculated shipping, USPS Ground Advantage, and aftering typing the weight and dimensions of my item I have always seen the price USPS would charge for the shipping, but now it does not print the shipping charge, and instead it has a box to check or not check irregular package. I'm trying to figure out why this has started to happen. I recently added a cross listing app, but I haven't started using it yet. Could that be the problem? and if it is, can I fix a setting to see the shipping charges again?
