Shipping ( weight and measurements) of items
Hello everyone, I’m new to the seller hub. My question is if anyone can help, when I try to list a product , eBay automatically gives me weight and measurements and what shipping would cost but my items a lot of times don’t match the measurements and weight that eBay is suggesting and when I try to change the weight and measurements to what I need and I press the save tab, It goes back to what it originally suggested. Has anyone went through this issue and what did you do to resolve it? Can anyone help?
