OP11 months agothis is a current and repeted sale item. When i go to my listing to edit the weight - i can not change it- it is greyed out.

Mentor11 months agoDo you have any open offers on the listing? Offers you sent the buyer or the buyer sent you?
That might restrict your ability to revise things in your listing. All offers would have to be expired in order to revise.

Is this for a current listing? For a sold listing? For an order that you are trying to create a shipping label for? Or is it an item you already shipped?
