shipping weight
Recently shipped a small fog lamp bezel out (weight was less than 1 pound) just got an email saying UPS charged it at 11 pounds and we lost the entire profit from the sale to the shipping amount. Has anyone ever had this happen and what did you do to resolve it. Of course you can't directly chat with anyone from ebay....
