shipping weight
Ok I sold an item haven't shipped it yet but the weight that was automatically put in was 1 lb 4 oz and the correct weight is 8 lb 11 oz someone what do i need to do here the label is already printed out

When you listed your item for sale, did you enter the correct weight?

In the future, you need to weigh and measure the prepackaged item, and enter in the EXACT weight and measurements when you use calculated shipping when you create the listing.

If it cost more to ship than what the buyer paid, then you will need to make up the difference on your own.
