Shipping via Regular USPS Mail
I sold some packs of small o-rings @targetball and sent them via regular US mail. Just thru a stamp on an envelope and away they went. Now E-bay is taking away my top-rated seller status for not providing tracking. How can I appeal this? There is no obvious option available to me as the shipper. On a $6 order I don't want to waste a lot of time on small orders. Any advice would be appreciated.

Mentor9 months ago@targetball eBay wouldn't take away Top Rated just for shipping ONE item without tracking. If you do ship items without tracking regularly then most sellers use a second account for those types of items.

You have to ship 95% or more with tracking to remain Top Rated
There is no appealing this.

OP9 months agoIt was at least 3 transactions. Could have been 5 overall.

Mentor9 months ago@targetball. If takes you below 95% then you lose Top Rated. You can get it back by selling more and reducing the overall %. Keep a close eye on your dashboard.
