Shipping: USPS returned my package due to box error

I didn't know you couldn't ship Ground Advantage in a Priority Box. I'm new to this whole thing and had a box on hand that was Priority. I slapped the label on it, USPS returned it. How do I print another shipping label? Is the old label "used" now?

It's likely the old label was scanned by USPS. You can verify by checking the tracking on USPS website.

If it says manifest, awaiting, it hasn't been scanned

If it shows an acceptance scan, it's been used and can't be reused or refunded.

To get a new label

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the label, then from the Actions drop-down list, select GET ANOTHER LABEL

- Make the selections and print.
