Shipping U.S. to New Zealand Problems
Hello wise one!
So, I take part in the 'eBay International Shipping Program' which, according to eBay, does post to New Zealand. Never-the-less, when my buyer tries to purchase, she is getting a message that says eBay is unable to ship to her location.
Another facet to this situation is that the item is a vintage/antique 'costume jewelry' necklace with a value of $165. Now I know the rules for the 'eBay International Shipping Program' state that we can't ship "Jewelry > High value" outside the U.S., but I don't consider this to be 'high value'. I think of that as being more like diamonds and gold type pieces. I've shipped costume jewelry through eBay's International Shipping Program before without issue. What gives? Thanks so much!
