Shipping UPS at my cost because of mail issues…. How do I provide tracking now?
Help with shipping questions…
I shipped my sale today, but recently my local USPS has lost mail. For safety I paid extra to ship UPS… I don’t want any extra from my buyer. I can’t add the UPS shipping number. The sale only shows I offered USPS. I provided tracking information via message. How can I get paid after delivery now?

-If the item has no tracking and the Buyer files a claim that they did not receive the package you will lose the claim and have to refund the Buyer.
-The fact that the sold item has not tracking recorded your account will most likely get a late shipping defect for not having tracking uploaded and validated within your Handling time.
-Regardless of delivery status as a New sellers your funds may be on hold up to 31 days. Transaction holds | eBay
-How many packages has USPS lost for you???

OP3 weeks agoI was able to add UPS tracking and it recognized it. Our license plate renewals were lost, we’ve had packages not arrive to friends, and some packages ended up in North Dakota instead of Atlanta ☹️

Okay great that you were able to add the tracking. You may want to add UPS to your listings ... you can have both UPS and USPS but it sounds like UPS may be a better choice for you right now.

Find the order, click the three dots shown in your image, select Mark as shipped, then find the Add tracking number line. Enter the UPS tracking number, select UPS as the carrier, and save.
