Shipping up charge dispute
I was up charged nearly $100 by UPS it’s now with eBay and they are going to take my money. I spoke to UPS and the are going to reimburse me and gave me a claim number but said eBay has to call UPS with claim number then they will refund eBay who will then give me credit. How do I get ahold of a live representative anymore. I tried relentlessly even tried fraud line, ultimately they all hang up stating “sorry it’s outside our business hours†it’s 10:15 am in California
please help!!
