Shipping two separate items to same buyer

Hi folks. I sold two items to a buyer through separate auctions. No combined shipping, each is boxed separately. When I purchased a shipping label I only received one for both auctions. Do I print it twice for both boxes? I'm not presented with an option for a second shipping label? Thanks

You need a separate label for each package. Is the weight on the one label correct? If it is, can you place both items into a larger box? If that is not feasible, you can VOID the label you printed. The USPS will credit your account i 2-3 weeks after they confirm the label was never used.

It sounds like you want to ship each purchase separately. When you click to print the label, is there a option to UNCOMBINE? If so, select it. Now you should be able to print a separate label for each package.

If there is no uncombine option, when you go to print the label, make sure you enter the correct weight and dimensions for the one package. Print the label. Now you will be able to select PRINT ANOTHER LABEL. Enter the weight and dimensions for the second item and print the label.
