If both items were sent together in one box to the same buyer, then one USPS tracking number is fine - that’s how it normally works. eBay and USPS will only show one delivery because it’s a single package.
But if those were two separate orders, each one needs its own label and tracking number. That’s how eBay confirms each sale was delivered. And even if it’s one order but two separate boxes, you still need to print two labels. To do it right, open your Orders page, click the 3 dots next to the second item, and select Get another label to print a new one.
You can also stop by the USPS facility you shipped from and show them your tracking number. If one of the packages was separated or mislabeled, they might still have it there. USPS sometimes holds packages that can’t be scanned or matched properly, especially when two boxes share one tracking number.
