Shipping two packages due to a mistake through eBay
I sold a comic book and accidentally shipped the wrong one to the buyer. I now need to ship the correct one to the buyer. Is there any way I can use eBay shipping to print the shipping label that I need to use for the second shipment? Everything is the same as the first incorrect shipment.

·2 years agoThe best method is the following: Let the buyer know the honest mistake and have the buyer initiate a return for the item. Relist the item and ship the right item. Once the buyer's return comes in, refund them for the mistake.
This is the preferred method as you are facilitating a replacement via eBay and keeping everything in the platform so you keep your seller protection and the buyer keeps their buyer protection. You also make sure you get the item back
