Shipping Tracking GD USPS
Didn’t or doesn’t eBay “get†how ineffective the whole shipping delivered payment process is. USPS is run soo poorly and once again I have 1 of 3 packages( the other 2 have been delivered week ago) missing that was never scanned in doesn’t show tracking just that label was made and po is waiting for package.,.,so it looks like I haven’t shipped item and of course my money is on hold. I messaged the buyer asked if delivered and reply was no- I then sent message that I opened a claim due to this scenario above. Radio silence…, whatever - theirs got to be a better way .
and is their any way to speak to a human that they claim is available 24/7.? I’ve yet to find them.

Mentor1 year agoGo to the Sold transaction and click the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to get updates on the tracking. That will usually update the information sent to ebay.
