Please tell me I'm not the only one having major issues with ebay shipping and tracking items that I have sent out? I have an item that hasn't moved in 7 days which means my item won't arrive on time which means I will probably receive a bad review and not get my payout. Today, I sent 2 items and is appearing on my back office that I haven't shipped it, but I most definitely dropped it off with a postmaster. Help.

The entire country was impacted by severe weather for a week. Carriers couldn't travel on roads, flights were delayed, cancelled, and rerouted, issue occurred at the distribution hubs, and sellers weren't able to ship due to electricity and internet outages, burst pipes, no heat/water, etc. It takes time to recover from that.
As already advised, you need to get an acceptance scan when your packages are picked up or dropped off. If you don't, you may not only receive tracking updates but you will definitely get defects on your seller record.

Mentor2 years agoWhen you take the packages to the carrier, make sure they scan the label. That will register an Acceptance scan on the tracking number. I always get a receipt from the USPS counter clerk as well.
