Shipping toy internationally to Netherlands from USA
First time I've done this, and its really unclear if I need to fill out additional forms, put more inside the box before shipping, etc? Ebay's help on this is quite poor as to exactly what to do for my situation. Some sites say yes, I need a customs form, and others don't reference it at all. Help!
