    Post office boxes are the best place to ship to if the carrier is USPS. It’s literally their boxes! Post office boxes are located at the post office. The post office is USPS. 
    Some small municipalities don’t have letter carriers. All they have is a post office. 

     

     

     

    Off topic, but…
    Since 2008, there is no option for negative feedback for buyers. On the fifth day after the sale (or when you sent the last invoice) there will be an option to cancel for nonpayment. 

    eBay no longer requires buyers to have a PayPal account.
