Shipping toner cartridges to the Mariana Islands

Hi, I just sold some toner cartridges ($300 value) to someone in the Mariana Islands, a US Territory. Though I am in the U.S. it still may require a tariff code. Please, any guidance on this issue, first time. Thanks

I chatted with ebay and after a couple of attempts was given a tariff code to use. It was an added benefit that the shipping label automatically included a customs declaration.
