Shipping to wrong addresses
I have two orders now that have arrived adn been delivered to completely wrong locations. One supposed to go to Washington and was delivered to Memphis TN and one just now supposed to go to FL and delivered to Tucson AZ. eBay will not call me as they say they will through help adn contact. WHAT DO I DO? How do I get information on this as I dont know how to trust shipping and I am going to lose a ton of money with product arriving at random addresses. How do I contact eBay and actually get help?
The customers did not change their addresses. The addresses on the labels are correct but the tracking and delivery locations are not.

Were these items shipped this weekend or this week? It's possible this issue affected them

UPDATE: "Transactions impacted by this issue will display accurate tracking events on eBay, although the USPS website may show tracking information from a previous shipment."

OP1 year agothank you! Yes, after talking with USPS and messaging eBay through Facebook, I have 3 packages from June 22nd that all were given recycled tracking numbers. The problem is they are current tracking numbers on other packages. I appreciate your reply and help.

OP1 year agotheir update is wrong as the info on eBay shows what USPS has. Hopefully they fix that too soon.
